What Is Core Wound Healing?

Core wounds are the hidden imprints left by experiences that shaped how we see ourselves and the world.
They often form in early life — moments when our needs for love, safety, or belonging were not met.

These experiences create unconscious patterns of protection and deeply conditioned beliefs such as:

“Nothing ever works out for me.”
“I have to do everything myself.”
“I am only loved when I am helping.”
”self-sabotage”
rejection: “Nobody cares about me”
fraud/imposter syndrome: “I always sabotage my success”

Over time, these beliefs become invisible storylines that shape how we relate, what we expect, and what we allow ourselves to receive.
