Our 5-week online workshop offers an exploration of the Core Wound Healing practice through guided inquiry, dialogue, and reflective practices. You’ll identify and explore the core wound and the resulting storyline. Soften protective patterns shaping your experience, and respond to life with greater awareness, compassion, and choice.
Whether this is your first encounter with this work or a return to explore another layer, the workshop provides a structured, supportive path for meaningful shifts in daily life.

Ariel is a co-founder of Core Wound Healing and a Wholistic Counsellor (RSW), Karuna Reiki Master, and mindfulness guide with over 23 years of experience supporting individuals in deep, integrative healing work. Drawing on psychology, energy healing, astrology, and non-dual wisdom, she supports people to recognise and transform the unconscious patterns and beliefs at the root of core wounding.
Grounded in more than 30 years of personal spiritual practice and extensive experience facilitating retreats and workshops, Ariel brings a steady, compassionate presence to group spaces. She is particularly attentive to the nuances of online facilitation, creating containers that feel safe, connected, and capable of supporting meaningful inner change across distance.

What we cover
Over five weeks, we move through the core elements of the Core Wound Healing practice in a way that is paced, supportive, and grounded in real-life application. Each week builds gently on the last, meeting you at the layer you are at and supporting meaningful integration over time.
Week 1 — Understanding the Core Wound
Exploring the core wound and the personal storyline it shapes, bringing awareness to the patterns that have formed around it.
Week 2 — Protective Patterns
Identifying the protective strategies you developed and understanding how and why they emerged.
Week 3 — Compassionate Inquiry
Practising inquiry through a non-judgmental, compassionate gaze that allows patterns to be met with curiosity rather than criticism.
Week 4 — The Unmet Need
Turning toward the unmet need beneath the pattern and learning how to meet it with greater presence and care.
Week 5 — Integration & Embodied Choice
Supporting integration and cultivating embodied choice in everyday life, so insights translate into lived change.
