Shine Bright
The 2026 Core Wound Healing Retreat
An immersive experience for women ready to be seen and heard, and no longer held back by old, unconscious patterns.
Gently uncover and release the patterns that have kept you small. Begin to live with more freedom to be all of who you are in your life and relationships.
November 6–9, 2026
Canmore, Alberta (CANADA)
Invitation
There comes a point where the ways you have learned to adapt, stay quiet, or hold yourself back no longer feel sustainable.
You may notice yourself second-guessing what you want to say. Filtering your opinions. Not sharing what lights you up or what you have to offer, for fear of being too much or not enough.
These patterns are not random. They were shaped over time, often in ways that helped you belong, stay safe, or be accepted.
But over time, they can begin to limit how you show up in your life, your relationships, and your work.
You may recognise this in moments where you stay small, or shape yourself to fit what feels safe or acceptable.
Shine Bright is an invitation to explore these unconscious patterns with honesty, compassion, and support.
“I loved their attention to detail, specifically ensuring a strong sense of safety for using your voice within the group. It created the most open, non-judgmental, authentic group dynamic I have ever been a part of, which was truly incredible to experience with what was, prior to the retreat, a group of strangers.”
Who this is for
This retreat may be for you if:
Feel a hesitation or fear around being seen more fully, and sense this may be connected to early experiences
Sense you have something more to offer, but find yourself not expressing it fully
Notice a pattern of shaping your expression to meet expectations or avoid discomfort
Feel a pull toward more authentic expression, but aren’t sure what is getting in the way
Sense a connection between your patterns of expression and your physical wellbeing, and feel curious to explore this more deeply
What this work opens
Through this work, you begin to see more clearly what has been shaping how you think, feel, and respond.
You start to notice the choices available to you.
There is less pressure to perform, prove, or get it right and more permission to simply be who you are and shine.
You may find yourself relating to your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with more honesty and compassion.
From this place, authentic expression becomes more available. Not forced, but natural, grounded, and aligned.
The retreat work includes:
• Guided inquiry and group dialogue to explore your patterns and underlying dynamics
• Somatic awareness and movement to integrate and embody the work at an energetic level
• Voice and breath practices to support grounding, expression, and release
• Reflective and integrative practices to support real-life application
• A shared group process grounded in respect, confidentiality, and care
Following the retreat, you will be invited to two live online integration sessions, offering space to reconnect, reflect, and continue integrating the work into your everyday life.
“The content shared was extremely practical and applicable to daily life. This, combined with the opportunity to share in such a safe space, initiated a whole new level of growth and healing that continues to reveal itself months later.”

You will be held by a team of experienced facilitators who bring depth, care, and integrity to this work.

The Setting
The retreat takes place in the Rocky Mountains of Canmore, Alberta. Away from the demands of everyday life, you have space to reflect, reconnect, and meet yourself with greater clarity.
You will be staying at The Creekside Villa, a thoughtfully designed boutique retreat space. Each room is unique and includes its own ensuite bathroom. The entire venue is reserved exclusively for Core Wound Healing, creating a private and held environment for the duration of the retreat. Comfortable shared areas and natural surroundings support both connection and rest.
All meals are provided across the four days, including thoughtfully prepared breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, along with dessert. The focus is on quality ingredients, nourishment and enjoyment, with options to suit different dietary needs.
Tea, coffee, and snacks will also be available throughout the day.
Canmore is approximately one hour away from the Calgary international airport. If you need support accessing our venue, reach out and we will point you in the right direction.
Before you Arrive
To support a shared foundation for the work, prior to the retreat all participants are required to have completed either:
A 2hr 1:1 Core Wound Healing session
This ensures you arrive familiar with the core methodology, allowing the retreat to deepen into application, rather than introduction.
If you have not yet completed this, you will be guided on how to do so after applying.
